Whether you want to rise to the C-suite in your current company or explore new horizons, our 20-month hybrid Executive MBA program will give you the tools, knowledge and connections you need to advance your career. The EMBA Flex option combines personal and professional flexibility with in-person, team-oriented sessions. Students meet one weekend per month and complete the balance of their courses online, on their own time and schedule. The Flex option retains the value, impact, heritage and ROI of the traditional Broad Executive MBA while giving students more flexibility to achieve their goals.

Admissions Requirements

 

To be accepted to this program, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree
    A four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Required employment in a professional setting/organization
    3+ years of professional work experience
  • A written personal statement
    Two articulate, clear and compelling essays
  • 2 letters of recommendation
    Must be professional recommendations. Provide contact information for your recommenders and the MSU application system will provide instructions to them.
  • Official transcripts from all previous degree granting institutions

 

To apply to this program:

  • A personal interview will be conducted as part of the application process.
  • A GMAT or GRE score is not required to apply. While quantitative ability is a necessary skill, we seek evidence of each candidate’s ability through a variety of means such as previous academic coursework, work experience, professional certifications, etc.

Our admissions committee carefully reviews the comprehensive experience, ability, and aspirations of each applicant, selecting those students who will be most successful in the program.
