Hartman is Professor of Technology & Human Learning in the Department of Teacher Education at Michigan State University, with a courtesy appointment in the Educational Psychology/Educational Technology Program. His research focuses on the use of technologies for teaching and learning in a numbers of areas—school, community, work, and sports.
