Whether you want to rise to the C-suite in your current company or explore new horizons, our 20-month hybrid Executive MBA program will give you the tools, knowledge and connections you need to advance your career. The EMBA Flex option combines personal and professional flexibility with in-person, team-oriented sessions. Students meet one weekend per month and complete the balance of their courses online, on their own time and schedule. The Flex option retains the value, impact, heritage and ROI of the traditional Broad Executive MBA while giving students more flexibility to achieve their goals.

    Program Outcomes

A Broad Executive MBA provides significant rewards and ROI across a variety of metrics. You'll learn on evenings/weekends, and instantly apply what you've learned to make a bigger, broader, deeper impact in your organization. You'll gain competency in all the major business functions, plus confidence in your ability to step up and make business happen. Perhaps most importantly, our students consistently report significant growth across multiple learning dimensions including decision making, leadership, critical thinking and team building.
