
Greg is an Assistant Professor in the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and the Director of the Master of Science in Healthcare Management. His research interests include the intersection between technology and healthcare (such as Artificial Intelligence and Digital Health), healthcare law and how compliance programs can be used as a competitive advantage, and the misalignment of incentives in the U.S. healthcare system. In the Master’s of Science in Healthcare Management, he teaches courses in Health Systems & Economic Policy, Health Law & Ethics, and Healthcare Compliance. He also teaches a course in Health Systems and Law in the MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine and Healthcare Fraud and Abuse in the MSU College of Law. Prior to joining the Broad College of Business, Greg served as an in-house attorney for several different companies on both the payor-side and provider-side of the healthcare industry specializing in digital health and regulatory compliance. Greg earned his DHA from Central Michigan University Dow College of Health Professions, JD from the Robert McKinney School of Law at Indiana University, MBA from Marquette University Graduate School of Management, MHA from the Fairbanks School of Public Health at Indiana University, attended MSU as an undergraduate student and is in desperate need of a new hobby since his family will not allow him to participate in any additional academic programs.
